REQUIREMENTS
Working as a Luxury Product Customer Service Representative (German Speaking), You Have:
- German/English Bilingual is a must
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- 6 months – 1 year of previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a luxury or high-end retail environment
- Call center experience (strong asset)
- Effective communication skills
- Passion for luxury products and a commitment to delivering white glove service
